What if I lose/delete my ticket delivery email?
Simply log into the Scarlet Knights App and go to “My Account.” There you will be able to add your tickets and/or parking back to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

What if my guest(s) and I are arriving at the venue at different times?
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket or parking pass to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. Via My Account 2.0, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter their cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing Rutgers account or simply create an account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

What if I don't have wi-fi connectivity on game day?
Don’t worry! Before arriving at the game, download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once the tickets are downloaded, connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access your tickets and/or parking. If you did not download your tickets in advance, come see us at the North Gate box office at SHI Stadium for football and men’s lacrosse or the box office at the RAC for basketball and wrestling with a valid form of photo ID for assistance.

What if I do not have a smartphone, or my battery dies on game day?
For issues in advance of game day, please contact your account representative or the ticket sales office (866-445-GORU) and we will assist in troubleshooting the issue. On game days, please visit the ticket office at the North Gate of SHI Stadium for football and men’s lacrosse or the box office at the RAC for basketball and wrestling and present a valid form of photo ID with the name associated on the ticket account and the ticket office can reprint your tickets.

How do I access my tickets?
Simply download the Scarlet Knights App and select the ticket icon in the bottom right corner. Select “Manage Account” and log in. Once logged in, you will find all of your active tickets for the season. From there, you can download tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay or transfer tickets to a friend.

How do I access my parking?
Parking will be mobile-only. Download your parking pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before arriving at your parking lot. The mobile parking pass will appear color-coded based upon your lot. Present the parking pass on your phone at entry and the parking attendant will scan. Please do not screen shot or duplicate any parking passes or tickets, barcodes that show as a duplicate scan will be prohibited from entering into the lot. Also new for this season, parking is now transferable from patron to patron through My Account 2.0.

How do I get assistance?
Please contact the Rutgers Athletics Ticket Office Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 866-445-GORU or by email at tickets@scarletknights.com. Phone lines will also be open four hours leading into kick off for each football game day.

When will my season tickets be available on my account?
Season tickets will not be viewable on your account until closer to the start of the football season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket holders with the exact date and time their tickets will be available online.

When will my single game/3-Game Plan tickets be available on my account?
Single game and 3-Game Plan tickets will be available on your account right away, unless notified otherwise.

When will my CHOP Pass tickets be available on my account?
CHOP pass tickets will be delivered to you via mobile delivery 24-48 hours before each individual home game.

Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. We highly encourage that you transfer a ticket and/or parking pass to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.

Can I transfer or resell my tickets?
Yes. Single game, 3-Game plan, and season tickets can all be transferred or sold through your Rutgers ticket account.

Can I transfer or resell my CHOP Pass?
No. CHOP Passes are not eligible to be resold or transferred.
