Wireless Access in the Hospitality Area
Hospitality attendees will have access to an exclusive wireless network for the 2024-2025 basketball season. To access the wireless, attendees will be asked to connect to #ScarletWifi on their mobile devices. From there, attendees will be prompted to enter their phone number to get a verification code to login to the system.
Hospitality Pass Transfers
If you would like to transfer your digital hospitality pass, please login into your Scarlet Knights ticket account. Select manage my account, and from there you will be able to select the passes you wish to transfer. Covid-19 Policy
We are no longer implementing Covid-19 protocols.
- Masks will be optional, and we ask that you please respect patron’s personal decisions.
- Vaccination cards or Covid-19 tests are no longer required.
Lost and Found
Please make sure to secure all personal items while in the Hospitality Area. Rutgers Athletics is not responsible for any items that are lost. If you find an item while attending a game, please visit the check-in table and drop it off with one of our R Fund staff members. Guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should also visit the check-in table. Anyone looking to inquire about a lost item after the day of the event can call the R Fund office at (848) 932-7629.
